Login

The Login page is where users log in using email address and password. To obtain a password, you must have registered using your email address. An activation code can be obtained on CD-ROM from one of our resellers or online.

Logout

Members who have logged in may logout from any page by pressing the "Logout" button.

Bid Limit

This is how many saved bids you can go back and edit. You can still create new bids, but your Portfolio will only show your most recent ones. Your older bids are still saved, however, and you can get access to them by upgrading your membership to increase your bid limit.

New Bid

This is where the magic happens. Answer questions about your property on the pages to get the final report, telling you what your best bid should be.

Portfolio

Listed here are your latest saved bids, with the most recent on top. (How many show up here depends on your membership type -- Copper members get 5 saved bids.) Click on a saved bid to edit it, and navigate through the edit pages to calculate your updated bid.
